What if I'm already paying for one side?: Email hello@tanconcierge.com — we'll pro-rate your existing sub and switch you to Dual without double-charging. Same trial credit carries over.
Do I need two logins?: No. One Tan Concierge account unlocks both sides. The header dropdown flips you between artist and brand views — same data, same auth.
Can I downgrade later?: Yes. Drop to Studio-only or Featured-only any time from your settings. We keep the data on the side you drop in case you come back.
Is the 30-day trial real?: Yes — full Dual access for 30 days, no card required. If you cancel before day 30 you pay zero. Same trial policy as the standalone plans.
