How we connect to your tools
Transparency about your data.
Tan Concierge connects to your Google Calendar (with your explicit consent) to read appointments your booking tool (Vagaro, GlossGenius, Boulevard, Acuity, Square, or Fresha) relays through Google. We use that data to populate your Today schedule, auto-create client records, and trigger timed aftercare and prep messages.
What we read

- Event titles, times, attendees, descriptions
- Your connected Gmail address (for display only)
What we never do
- Modify, create, or delete calendar events
- Read calendars other than your primary
- Share your data with any third party
- Train AI models on your client information
